Training and Problem solving. 

Training: Students are trained in Lean Six Sigma concepts, methodology, tools and software. Training leads to belt certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow, Green or Black Belt. White Belt training is an overview of Lean Six Sigma and earns a certificate. Completion of Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training has no exam or project requirement. Green Belt training has an exam requirement to obtain certification. Completion of training and a project are requirements for the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
