Successfully complete either of the three belt courses of Lean Six Sigma
Sigma: Yellow, Green or Black Belt to earn your certification. The White
Belt class is an overview class of Lean Sigma methodology and tools and
earns a certificate. Lean Six Sigma classes are taught 100% online,
onsite or hybrid. Each class integrates critical continuous improvement
topics into each of the five Lean Six Sigma problem solving phases. The
coursework prepares students for immediate application of tools and
techniques to improve your organization.

In this engaging and practical course, participants will delve into the principles of Six Sigma with a focus on identifying and eliminating the 8 forms of waste in processes. These wastes, known as TIMWOODS (Transportation, Inventory, Motion, Waiting, Overproduction, Overprocessing, Defects, and Skills), can drain resources, hinder productivity, and reduce overall efficiency.
This comprehensive course bridges the principles of Six Sigma and Activity-Based Costing (ABC) to empower participants to make data-driven decisions and optimize organizational performance. Through a blend of theoretical concepts and practical applications, learners will explore how ABC identifies and allocates costs accurately to processes and activities, and how Six Sigma methodologies drive continuous improvement and waste reduction.
Key topics include cost analysis, resource optimization, and
This practical course introduces participants to the 5 Whys technique, a simple yet powerful tool for identifying root causes of problems in any process or workflow. By asking “Why?” repeatedly—typically five times—participants will learn to move beyond surface-level issues and uncover the underlying factors causing inefficiencies, defects, or challenges.
Through real-world examples and hands-on exercises, learners will:

Learn to solve personal and professional challenges using the DMAIC framework. Participants will engage in simulations like relationship-building, workplace dynamics, and problems inspired by TLC's Addicted to Marriage. The course also empowers individuals to apply CI tools to their own chosen issues, fostering practical growth and actionable solutions.
